What is the difference between a 'General Clean' and a 'Deep Clean'?

General Clean

Kitchen- Wipe clean door and drawer fronts (all units). Wipe clean carcases to all units. Clean sink and taps. Clean vinyl flooring. Clean all tiled surfaces. Clean all work tops, clean extractor fan, clean plug hole, leave air fresh.

Bathroom / Cloackroom / En-Suite – Clean basins and taps. Clean bath and taps. Clean showers and enclosures. Clean WC. Clean all tied surfaces. Clean vinyl flooring, clean extractor fan, clean plug hole, leave air fresh.

General Cleaning thoughout the property – clean all windows inside and outside on the ground floor (this includes glass and frame). Clean all windows inside only on 1st / 2nd floor (this includes glass and frame). Clean all internal doors and handles. Wipe clean walls, ceiling and woodwork throughout the whole property. Sweep / hoover clean timber / concrete floors (do not mop). Wipe clean all switches and sockets (this includes light switches , fused spurs, pull switches and socket faces). Clean radiators. Hoover carpets (only where specified).

Deep Clean

Kitchen- Scrub clean door and drawer fronts (all units). Scrub clean carcases to all units. Clean / descale sink and taps. Clean vinyl flooring (remove stains). Clean all tiled surfaces and grouting. Clean all work tops, clean extractor fan, clean plug hole, leave air fresh.

Bathroom / Cloackroom / En-Suite – Clean / descale basins and taps. Clean descale bath and taps. Clean descale showers and enclosures. Clean descale WC. Clean all tied surfaces and grouting. Clean vinyl flooring (remove stains). Deep clean walls / ceilings and woodwork as specified to remove nicotine or other stains. Sweep clean timber / concrete floors (Do not mop). Wipe clean all switches and sockets (this includes light switches , fused spurs, pull switches and socket faces) Clean all radiators extractor fan, clean plug hole, leave air fresh.
