Holiday Let Changeover Prices:

1 Bedroom	£60 - £70
2 Bedrooms	£70 - £80
3 Bedrooms	£90 - £100
4 Bedrooms	£110 - £120
5 Bedrooms	£125 - £135
6 Bedrooms	£140+

Changeover includes all laundering of client’s own towels, tea towels, bed sheets etc.

If after first inspection of the property a full deep clean is required we will contact the owner of the property and prices will be double the standard changeover price including an oven clean.

Mid-Stay Cleaning:

Mid-stay cleans are charged at half of the changeover rate and includes property clean including bathrooms and kitchen, clean towels and linen. The property is also checked at this time.

Call Management:

We are on hand to deal with all queries from your customer, who will be given a dedicated telephone number in case of emergencies and we will be at the property within 2 hours. £5 for this service. Call Out Prices are £35 and £15 per hour thereafter.

Welcome Packs:

£6 each and includes : Toilet Roll, 1 x Sponge, 1 x Bin Bag, Milk, Biscuits, Tea Bags, Coffee, Sugar.

Anything else can be provided at extra cost.

Maintenance:

• We can arrange for any plumbing, electrical or decorating works by local tradesmen at good rates.
• We can arrange window cleaning also on the above basis.
• Gardens can also be maintained providing there is equipment at the property.
• We also maintain Hot Tubs and Spas at the prevailing rate for chemicals and filters if required.
